What the company builds, and what it offers.
Senon Solutions is a technology company I founded in 2024 in Galle, Sri Lanka. It builds AI systems, native software, developer tooling, and infrastructure, and offers three things: project work, product licences, and access to the network those systems run on.
Product licences
Kameleon ships to clients as an enterprise product, and Project O is in active development toward the same.
Infrastructure access
Senon Cloud carries Senon Solutions’ own products and is provisioned to clients, either bundled into a project or as separate access their engineers deploy against.
A one-person operation.
Every system on this site was designed, built, and shipped by me. A client works directly with the person doing the engineering, and the work does not stop at delivery: maintenance and infrastructure operation are part of the project.
Built rather than bought.
The models, the runtimes, the network, and the tooling are all built in-house. That began as a constraint: confidential company and client material cannot be sent to third-party models. It became the operating model because owning each layer is what makes its behaviour predictable.
